Yoga Retreat (6 Days Yoga and/or Meditation Retreat)
Take time out to unwind, relax and rejuvenate. This retreat is open to all levels, wanting to learn and improve the different styles of Yoga, including Asanas, Pranayama, Yogic Philosophy and Psychology as well as nutritional information.
Optionally, you can choose to combine your Yoga Retreat with Meditation Techniques. The powerful combination of Yoga and Meditation is designed to provide you with tools to de-stress and develop a healthy relationship with yourself and those around you.
Our Yoga instructors are some of the most experienced and devoted teachers, with international backgrounds. Their strengths lie in distilling the essence of ancient yogic wisdom into clear and simple teaching. Taught in English or Portuguese, the classes can be easily understood and followed. The daily classes provide a structure to ease you into a new way of wellbeing.

If desired, you can combine these retreats with informal chats about the Yogic Philosophy, as well as how to follow a vegetarian diet that can provide substantial health benefits.

The retreats are placed in one of our beautiful houses, some of them even with breathtaking views to the Atlantic and the Sintra Mountains, along the Lisbon coast line, just on the fringes of the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park.
